Hi
I am new on here and I am considering buying an MGB Roadster
I have the opportunity to buy a 1972 roadster ,1 owner from new with genuine 50000 miles on the clock
It runs and drives fine and is free of rust as far as I can tell
I have checked sills, castle sections and all the usual places and it appears sound
Interior needs some work as does the rest of it to bring it to a nice standard
What do you guys think would be a fair price to offer for it
Thanks in advance

That's a question that is nearly impossible to answer without a lot more information. Photos of everything, interior, exterior, wiring, engine bay, what works and what doesn't etc. Check with a British car club in your area and see if a member will look at the car for you. The smallest items can play a very important roll in the value of one of these cars. Do yourself a favor and have someone look at it who knows British cars. PJ

Life is short... If the heart says go for it, do it. Here in the states it could fetch about $7-8000.
