Just a note:

I hope we all know the difference between a lecture in school (which can be enjoyable and interesting), and a lecture from your parents (which is NEVER enjoyable or interesting). /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

When I was in high school they would only carry mine and put in places that would get me into trouble. After a few times they figured out that it wasn't me moving it. Glad that it wasn't vandalized.

Sorry to here.

When I ask for advice here, I'm glad to get it in whatever form it happens to be delivered. There is such a wealth of knowledge here that I don't see how my restoration would ever succeed without it. Keep the great advice coming. I have the privilige of choosing what I heed and what I should have heeded...lol.

Even as a teenager, my attitude was always "I will listen to your advice/lecture/tirade/whatever, but I will make up my own mind" I have learned alot because I keep an open mind, but I've also infuriated many people who think I ignored what they had to say. It boils down to "always listen, you may learn something"

Yes Bruce,
That is true. I guess where I was going was that when those lectures get repeated over and over,..like a broken record,..they tend to make you not want to listen to them.
When mom told me to clean my room, for the 45th time in the same afternoon, it made me want to do it less.

He's working on his car and he has a good mechanic keeping him honest.
