Prostate Cancer

I was diagnosed with prostate cancer about 2 years ago. I listened to all the options and did a lot of research on my own.

I decided to have the nerve sparing surgery. My thinking was that I just wanted to get rid of the offending organ. I think the side affects are about the same which ever procedure you choose.

Do the research and talk to your doctor. I am sure he will make you aware of the options. The decision will ultimately be yours.

The good news is that there is about a 97% recovery rate when caught early.

Good luck and our prayers are with you.

Pete

Don, the prognosis for prostate cancer is usually very good. You should be okay and live a very long life......
