I consider high compression 12:1 or higher, or an overdriven blower, so I'm sure you are well below that. We used the solid copper because the heads came off, well, a lot. The copper is reusable until it thins out or distorts from creep.
The composites are much better on the street. If you retorque after the first temperature cycle, they are good for years.
