Elliot, did the demo but others did the work
Hall bath is getting the last of the grout today and it will be done.
Replaced vinyl in the laundry room and re wallcovered it and it is done

Good work though -- selling a place now is tough work, and that's a good place to spend some money to make it more desirable for folks.
 
I'm tired just reading all the work you've done. It looks good; it should entice the buyers out there.

My little cousin sold his house in two weeks in an area that flooded in Katrina. They're set to close in 4 days. I thought he'd never be able to sell it. Just goes to show, ya never know.
