Time for a new thread.
Generator works great, light goes on and off when it should. Just came back from a trip or two or three around the block, two mile block, wheeee.
Onward we go. Think the carbs are a bit lean yet, we will see. Second gear is stiff, think there must be a small burr on the detent or the detent plunger is stiff as can be yet.
Now for more bonnet work and lights and such. Darn Lucas, from England, front turn signals came without the little clip things that are supose to hold the wires in place. Rest of the head light gaskets should come next week, Got some windsheld wipers today at Autozone and cut them down.
Boy Miss Agatha is starting to look like a real Bugeye. Wish I had a bit more oil pressure but is within limits. Second gear is a bit stiff yet but is getting better, might have had a bur on the detent or maybe a stiff working detent plunger. Going to have to work on the brakes some more as well, they are not really to my likeing yet. Is just adjustments.
