Progress at the body shop.

Getting anxious? I'm sure it will be worth the wait.
There are many body shops that do not wetsand, is this what these guys do? I noticed a lot of metal showing.
 
I think they wet sand the prime again and again till it is like a babys skin. Then color and sand and buff between at least two coats of color maybe more, then the same with 6 or eight of clear to finish off. We will see.

I told him it was not a trailer queen but a very nice sunday car. The examples I saw of his completed work were just fine.

Trevor...look at the photo of the bonnet....its been primered for the last time & they're block sanding it......the body will go through another set of priming & any touch up body work then final prime & block sanding before paint....actually, it might get primed more than once again before they're finished

That bonnet where the block sanding was finished was sooooooo smooth....man!
