I think the only way to get that info is to buy a Heritage Trust certificate. See this link for info. Austin Healey Club

Bobby, one sure way is to get the Heritage Certificate for the particular car.
I dont have the link handy, but someone will post it shortly, I'm sure.

On my 'cert (issued mid-80s), they show the begining and completion dates.

Back then, they only cost $5.00 USD, but they weren't as fancy as they look today /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif

Hi Guys, Thanks for the info. I'd like to have as much information on the healey before it's restoration.
Bobby R.

Well, for BJ8s there is another possible way to get the BMIHT data without buying a certificate.

Contact the BJ8 registry to see if the information is already recorded in the registry files. I have a friend in England who researches for me in the BMIHT archives. Consequently, I have records on cars from that source when I may not even know where that particular car is.

Send me your VIN by filling out the BJ8 questionnaire at the link provided on the main Austin-Healey Forum page. If I don't already have the records for the car, I can get them.
