Primary Ballast Resistor Ignition?

Hopefully a question that is easy to answer. Does my 75 MGB use a "Primary Ballast Resistor" or a "Resistance Wire" between the keyswitch and the coil or not?

Hi Rich,
If your 75 is still stock, it uses a resistance wire in the harness & a 6 volt coil. There should two white/light green wires on the coil + terminal. One wire has resistance & goes to the ignition switch. The other wire has no resistance & goes to the starter solenoid where it picks up full 12 volts during starting.
