Last week I had a most negative experience with my top.
I had the window unzipped for some nice driving weather, everything still nice and warm I was zipping it up for the evening when something felt strange along the top edge of the zipper.
Looking at it I found the thread unraveling along the upper edge of the zipper where it is sewn to to top.
I quickly released the front to relieve pressure and then finished zipping the window closed.
I'm pretty sure I bought this top 2 and a half years ago.
It seems to me the threads should be lasting longer than that.
I don't know what the terms of warranty were at the time I bought the top, but looking on their website now I see they only cover materials and workmanship for 12 months.
I've been a big supporter of them in the past, having been happy with the product. Now of course 'not so much'. :frown:
