Use Classic Tube as Jack mentioned. Do not try to have a shop make and bend lines for you (like I did). I'm happy now, but god, what a complete hassle/expense/headache that was. I will never do that again.
Also, just an FYI, Classic Tube is usually about 2-6 weeks backed up, so make sure you get on the waiting list if time is an issue (I wish someone had told me that fact...timing is actually the reason I decided to "go it alone", and in the end it took more time and cost more than Classic Tube).
