Powers of Observation

See what happens when you stay away so long (1 week). You think we're bad, try the MG side.

And Roofman wins himself a fishing trip aboard Tres Gatos!

The most significant items are (1)the Crypt Car is not up
in the air on blocks and (2)all four wheels are attached to
the car.

John Mc- the center rocker switch replaces DPO Pedro's
cigarette lighter and is wired as an on/off switch for the
instrumentation lights. I replaced all the itty bitty gauge
lights (high beam, etc) with larger lights I can see and
moved them up onto the new dashboard. Plus I added both
right and let turn signal lights.

Yup Alan, the tires still have nubbies on them as they
approach the 175 miles driven mark. Yer right, probably wil
need a change out at 200 miles. Only 4 miles driven on the
new rear suspension so most likely safe for another 50 mile
or until next major breakdown occurs.

The Crypt Car has been on blocks for 17 months now so
the one side exposed to the beach was probably sand blasted!
Yup, 3rd brake light on tags.

Paul- I work on the car in white socks (without shoes)
so I don't leave anything sharp on the crypt floor that
might damage Wendy's tires.

Bill, ya caught me on the clutch. A fairly white knuckle
drive anticipating something falling off or blowing up.

A big thanks to Buckeye Triumph-"How to" on the brakes. Now
I understand TR rear brakes.

Everyone missed the new exhaust pipes.
Everyone missed the Crypt Car running at normal temperatures
instead of 210 degrees.

It looks like David will enjoy Roofman's fishing trip as
proxy when he arrives here in August to switch out DPO
Pedro's engine for a 911 Carrera turbo.

I hope David enjoys my fishing trip, I get sea sick in boats anyway.

Yeah,

I shoulda noticed that myself. Good thing I carry a spare
parts warehouse in my trunk.

Dude!!

I'm an architect. I don't own a pair of black shoes.
Take another look. Light blue, Lands End water sport
sneakers.

I always wear heavy white, construction socks working on
Crypty.

And I don't own any white belts or leisure suits either!!

Yikes! Bit testy are we, Dale?!? /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/jester.gif
