Unfortunately, that is much harder. BCF runs on a commercial software package, that unfortunately doesn't support resizing uploaded images. If we are lucky, they might add that feature to a future release, but realistically it isn't gonna happen any time soon.
Here's about as simple as it gets (assuming you are running Windoze):
1) Go to
https://www.irfanview.com/ , download and install both IrfanView and the plugins using their directions.
2) Open the photo you want to share with IrfanView. (You should be able to just double-click on the file name.)
3) Hit the 'S' key to bring up the "Save As" dialog. Make sure the "save as type" is set to JPG, mark the box for "Set file size to" and enter 100 for the file size.
4) Set the file name and/or directory to something other than it was before, then click 'Save'.
Now you have a file that can be uploaded directly to BCF.
