Hay big secret is I have lost 36 lbs since oct and still going down. A bit more exercise and changeing the way I eat.

Good on you, Jack. I lost about 40# maybe 5 years ago, and it was the best thing I ever did for myself. Besides, it helps you go faster and fit better in a Bugeye!

Congrats!

I've the willpower of a RAT, so no dietary changes in MY future. All "see-food" in range is "fair" in my book... but I know the "day will come" when I'll have little choice. 'Till then I'll continue the: "Moderation is for monks" paradigm. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Well 5' 11" and 229 this morning, and going down. Gesh I was up to 265 and it was awful.
 
Doc, I'm 5'10" and 165 as well. But according to my charts that puts us on the heavy end of our weight/height scale. I'd like to drop back to 150.
 
I've a friend who let it go too long... Morbidly Obese... VERY bad. Congrats for the success. I know it's not easy when you start to change life-long behavioral patterns 'n habits. <lights another fag>.
 
Great work Jack making me look bad here, haven't gotten to my LBC in three weeks here, saving vacation for when it gets warmer. All day staring out the screen and tolerating the corporate %^!*@@ wishing I was working on my BE.

It is great to see that you are enjoying your retirement and have a GREAT wife who understands.
