All I know is this,

I received an e-mail from someone called Terry from St Paul with a '72 TR6. It was sent to my web site e-mail and I do not know any more than that.

He informed me that a small car dealer near Wisconsin Dells, apparently the Lake Delton exit, has a Spitfire on the lot. He said it is a little rough and the top is shot. He seemed to remember about a $3,500 tag and thought it might be over priced.

I know nothing about Spits but though I would pass this on.

Well, I'f anyone sees my burgundy '78 around I'd like it back! It was rust free, but dented. It also had entirely chrome front suspension.

The only reason I sent the email is that I see you're close by and I assumed you are part of a club in that area. I thought it would be easy for someone to look at it if they wanted. Just a Triumph enthusiast that saw a car and thought I pass along the info.

It was good for you to do that, just did not know where it came from. Sorry for the doubts. I did not know who you were or how you might have found me.

I have gotten a few real strange contacts through my web page and have probably gotten overcautious.

Glad you got me straightened out on this.
