I used it very successfully on my Mustang floor boards. I used the "silver" Por15 which was represented as being thicker to fill in rust pits. It worked great. After three coats, my floors are good as new. Next time I paint, I will cover the silver with Jade Green.
Only caveat: The stuff is hard as rocks after it dries. Makes sure to block off anything you don't want covered. I got some in the seat belt captive nuts and couldn't get the seat belt bolts started. I had to chase the threads with a tap.

excellent stuff! Two notes of intrest.
1. Heed the warnings on the can! They are NOT kidding.
If there is any paint left in the lip when you close the can, it is never going to open in one piece again. and you really do have to "wear" it off if it gets on you.
2. the basic POR 15 is UV sensetive and will turn chalky in a short time. So I would reccomend painting over it when you are done.

Good advice above. And as Paul said, be sure the surface is very, very clean before applying POR 15. No dust, dirt, etc., period.
I applied it to the pans of my GT6, worked great. Be sure to carefully follow the directions, though, and have plenty of ventilation.

POR 15 is great, being a manufacturer, I go to the SEMA Show every year (this year we are a participant). I am always looking for improvements and found a alternative to POR 15. It is called Magnet Paint. After testing, I found that it becomes just as hard as POR 15, but cost about 30% less. Just fyi, their website is Magnetpaint.com.
