If it has one of those stop signs off the side, like a school bus, it could be the "dunk a Pope" booth.

hehehehe...just looked at that side view photo...does look like he's swimming in a tank of water!

Now if I were Pope (and if I had a nickel for every time I've been called John Paul - never Benedict though  _

and if I had it, they could contact me too...

The Batmobile will always be the ultimate Mobile car in my book and tied with the Mach 5 and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang for my all time favorite!

I liked Herbie....
And the absent minded professors model T Ford.
More for what they could do. they both appeared stock.
I guess my favorite movie cars were;
The Ghostbusters Ambulance
Back to the future DeLorean
Blues Brothers 74 Dodge Police car
007s Lotus Esprit
The Munsters coach and Grampas Dragula

<span style="font-weight: bold"><span style="font-size: 14pt">DEATHMOBILE!!!</span></span>

...and I surmise they had to fill that tank with water just to keep th' old guy sittin' upright...

whu.

whu'd I do now?

:smirk:

hehehehe.....

All those are really cool cars! I think that if you say the word Batmobile, most people will have an idea or image of that car in their heads. The other "Mobile" cars - Monkeemobile, Deathmobile, Ectomobile(?)don't have quite the universal recognition of the Batmobile.

Of course, I DO like them all! How could you not?! There was a Herbie clone on eBay recently that I really could have seen myself buying! And right now I think the stunt car from Christine is for sale. I live not far from where it is on display - Volo Auto Museum.

I liked the cars from Deathrace 2000

I forgot about those! They WERE cool....and a lot of future stars in that movie too.

How could you forget? - it was such a good and memorable movie

Didn't it win like a Gabillion Oscars that year??

the closest they came to an Oscar is the wienermobile  - another car for this list and the only one so far that I've actually sat in (it was broken down on the side of the road in Prince Edward Island.)
