Plane crash Part 2

A holiday here on the island today so we did a
little morning tarpon fishing. We asked the water
cops what became of the plane that landed on the island.

This tale could only take place here on the island.

A floating plywood platform was fabricated. A group
of guys took the wings off the plane and man-handled
it onto the floating plywood platform.

As mentioned, the island is really a sand bar with trees.
At low tide the water depth between island and nearest land
is about 3 to 4 feet.

At low tide a few guys on horses forded over to the island
and dragged the plywood platform and plane to a concrete jet
ski ramp. It was then pulled off the plywood platform and
down the street to a local person's front lawn.

That's all the cop knew. But interesting. A very good day
today tarpon fishing as well.
