I've got a lot of respect for you folks who have rebuilt and repainted your cars yourself without going stark raving mad, running headlong into the woods screaming, pulling your hair, rending your clothes, giving up entirely and exploding into a million pieces never to be seen again. :wall:

There's a story here i just know it. (i also know you haven't hung around this place quite long enough to watch us all hit the wall too. But trust me, it's happened. There's a lot O LBC owneres in them thare woods.)

 :grouphug:

I agree. Time to vent just a little more, with the whole story.......

I have never exploded or at least don't remember doing so but have come close. Like when I discovered that the loss of a few rpm's as I stepped on the clutch was because I had just put the thrust washers in backward ('64 997 Cooper required another complete teardown). There are more examples, of course. Mea Culpa.
