I noticed the "club" on the floor... kinda "excess to requirement" I'd think. How many would-be Bugnappers would know how to START a bugeye?!?!

I'd just pull the coil HT wire and pocket it when parked. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

It is interesting – I have posted on various “Sprite” web pages and have always received positive results – it is nice to know there are people out there that like to help out when the need arises. (Just for the record I don’t “feel the love” on the Chevy truck site I’ve elicited advice from… I think they are angry because they have to use metric tools… :smile:

As far as the "club" it spends most of its life on the floor. I usually just disconnect the battery whenever the car is left for any length of time (I have a hidden switch - well it's as hidden as you can get on a Bugeye).

I also have a switch for the electric fuel pump – It exists more so for when I want the ignition switch on, but don’t want to have the fuel pump running – but it doubles as an anti-theft device.

And I agree - it is unlikely that someone would know how to start a Bugeye!
