TC bumpers? Those are worth several hundred dollars... each! A spare head is nice to have but if it's shaved that much then it won't be very useful. You can sell it for a few hundred to a racer, provided it isn't cracked.

Probably the work done to it has made it unuseable to anybody except a racer - & then the amateur modifications might have ruined it. When I buy used parts, I realize they may sit in one of my buildings forever, they might go to the curb as trash immediately, or they might bring me a few bucks - however, you never know which (& I always worst case it!)

But it really comes down to what you're comfortable with.
