Pictures from Lecco

Thanks Mike, they were very beautiful, thanks for sharing. Mountains and Healey's just seem to go together. Nice traveling company as well.

Mike,
Thanks for the photographs. I have a '56 BN-2 that I'm preping for paint and I think you may have caused me to switch from Healey blue to silver. I've already done the interior in dark blue and I think that wouold go well with the silver. Do you have a color number for that? Thanks.

Jon

Mike, thanks for sharing your wonderful pictures! I love Italy, I love the Lakes Region, I love Healeys - you've hit all the sweet spots! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cheers.gif

I'm sorry I do not have a colour code for the silver [or the charcoal - it has charcoal coves] as the paint scheme was put on by a previous owner in about 1988. Ironically, my car was originally Healey Blue, and I always imagine that if it ever needs another major resto, I would probably put it back to its original colour. But then again, the silver and charcoal looks good.......

Hi Jon, we have a local club member named Lou that painted his 100/4 silver with black stripes, check the attachment above for a photo. If you need the paint code I'll give you his email address in a separate email.

Johnny,
Thanks for the photo. I don't know if it my computer or just the exposure level of the picture, but I'm looking for a darker silver. I think I'm just going to the paint distributor I use and pick a color I like. I think the silver that was an option on the 100 was called gunmetal grey.
