Pics of Windshield Seal to Vent Window Frame

Anyone got a quick pic of the Windshield to Vent Window Frame Seal on a Spridget. I trimmed one of mine to top of vent window frame instead of top of windshield side post. Trying to figure out where that seal needs to hit. Not intuitively obvious without top in place. Possibly I can pull back up where I trimmed but then perhaps a gap at the bottom. Not that thers cars are designed to be weather proof. Just trying not to cause an even bigger gap than needed.

One of these pics is correct and one is wrong. Trying to figure out if I trimmed the seal too much. Anyone got a correct picture of how the windshield to vent window seal fits in terms of height. Trying to figure out how far I need to trim or if I trimmed too much already on the one side. Got a parts order going in this week and will reorder a seal if I trimmed too much already. Also anyone got some recommendations on polishing the vent window frame trim.

By my windshield, number two is correct - the rubber goes to the top of the aluminum inner piece and matches its profile

Crap that's what I was afraid of. Time to reorder another windshield/vent window seal. Either that or see if I can get the piece to pull up a little.

Ok Time to get the top braces out of the back of the garage and see how it is supposed to fit. Thanks all. WAs trying to do it the easy way and like a lot of things on this car there is no easy way.
