Thanks for all that replied so far to my questions about TR3s. Here are some shots I took today. Its getting closer to hitting the road. Just need to get the dash material issue straightened out. Now if the pics attach that would be great! Bob

Looks like I let my subscription run out! I just fixed that and will post pics as soon as my star comes back. OOPs

I think you can stop calling her a "project" now.. Looks great! Will you be at the VTR Convention this fall to show her off?

I should be there. I plan on rejoining the Triumph Club Of the Carolinas soon. I was a member when I had my 4A irs. Every once in a while I miss that car! I have another MGBGT to build next. Or there is another TR3 sitting in a corner of the shop I can finish after this one is finally done.

Hi Bob,

She looks mighty fine to me!! I love the Engine Detail.

Hope to see you at some of the NC & SC shows.

Happy Motoring,

Russ

Good to see your MG skills translated to the "other" side!

Looks beautiful!

Very Pretty. Nice shot with the top up (side curtains off) - I've always like that "look" of TR3's.

Hey Bob, do you remember the 3A you and Bill had for sale when you lived up here? It was in primer and I think the insides were already red. That's one I should have bought.

Really beautiful job. Congrats on a very tidy wiring effort too. Looks great.

Pat

Good morning Dave,
I remember that car. It was also a 3B. That was a long time ago. I actually remember putting lacquer paint in the engine bay and polishing it! Times have changed. I hope you are doing well.
Bob

Doing good Bob, I have decided to strip the Midget and paint it this year, I tried to sell it but the paint is just too tired and puts people off. It's too good of a car to give away. Not sure if Dale mentioned it but I picked up a 90 Miata last summer. What a fun car to drive and not have to worry about breaking it. Take care and hope you didn't get too much of this never ending winter we have had up here.
