Well I finally got a chance to clean it up and look it over good. After doing pre purchase inspections on all kinds of [censored] a few years ago, I was surprised at what I didn't pay attention to. Basically looks like car is mostly original. Air pump disconnected. Has original lumenation kit. Suspension hasn't been touched, and it shows. Looks like ball joints or tie rods will pop any second. Looks like its been victim of shi*** paint job at some point. I cleaned the carb, checked fluids, filter, plugs. It was too dark in garage to see timing mark so I haven't done valves yet. Did take the valve cover off and everything look to be in good shape. Here are some pics after I cleaned it up.
They need resize w0h!

Oh I forgot to mention the duct tape. Someone thought black duct tape would be a good substitute for vinyl. I could choke em.

Looks like she cleaned up well. Get used to what darn previous owners (DPO's) have done.

Try some back to black on the bumpers as well.

Very Nice.
