This is from Shannonville Ontario in the mid 70's. Some friends said lets go to the vintage races. I borrowed a driver suit pulled the 5 main O/D out and installed a stock 1500. The day before i got a temp. license and had fun. Later i learned that it would not have been a problem leaving the B running gear in since i would be a back marker. My good friend now has the car. Bob;
I remember that car very well.
In fact, that looks about the speed you used to drive past my house at.
Thanks for the pics, sure brings back some good old memories.

The car is still in Tillsonburg. I got a ride in it a few years ago. Still the same feel just a bit louder than when i had it. That car was one of my all time favorites! Bob

I'm sure it is just around the corner from me in the subdivision.
That was one good looking car.

Next time you're in T'burg, look me up.

I had all the parts to bring it back to original specs. They were sold off to other Twin cam owners. It had the YD3 serial number prefix and my twin cam coupe had the YM3 prefix.The coupe went back to original specs.by the new owner. I had a 1622 in it.I got that engine back and supplied a T-Cam engine in its place. Bob
