Pic I promised

When you use the image tags "[image]" and "[/image]" the URL must point directly to a picture (i.e., it must end in .jpg or .gif, etc). The link you posted in your image tags points to a database location. To determine the actual image URL, view the picture where ever it is and do a right click over the image, then look at properties. The URL should point to the image itself, such as
<font class="small">Code:</font><hr /><pre>
[image]https://www.blahblahblah/pictures/mypicture.jpg[/image]</pre><hr />
 
I get nothing but giberish from that provider. Guess they do not like those kind of links.

However, I changed the link so it does work by clicking on it.
