I took my son (2.5 yrs) to the DCRTA monthly meeting.

He'd never seen a TR3 before, he went absolutely ape when he saw it.

He got to sit in it which resulted in the following:

My wife says I get a similar expression on my face when driving my LBCs. Looks like I'll need to add a TR3 to the list for him.

That's a wonderful picture. I took a friend for a ride in my TR3 Sunday and that's just how he felt too!
 
What a great shot -- his expression says it all.

This weekend a couple of young ladies were trying on my TR for size -- I always have the kids test the horn ('that horn has been giving me trouble, can you see if it's working okay?') but I also let them try the push-button start. That was a big hit.

I carry a satchel of (mostly British) Hot Wheels in the boot and all the kids get a car to take home.

BTW - I recognize that green TR3 having often driven with it on the April BEAT.
