PHP vulnerability

IMO, PHP has been a PITA from its start. Well done, Boss.

Kinda like Flash?
Thankfully, Adobe Flash was discontinued at the end of 2020, and modern browsers no longer support it.

Just FYI, the BCF uses:
  • HTML5 for page structure and media playback.
  • CSS3 for styling and responsive layouts.
  • JavaScript for interactive features.
  • PHP for server-side processing.
  • MySQL for database storage.
Back in the day, when I was using VBulletin, early versions of that software did use flash for a variety of functions.

I use PHP on a website to collect info for the two Austin-Healey registries I have. They're an online form with combo boxes and radio checkboxes and will generate a email that is sent to me and the originator. What would you use instead of PHP? Here's a link to one webpage.

The only database I have experience with is mysql. CLI. Used PHP as the front end interface to mysql. Don't want the data / database stored online.

Just be sure the PHP version running on the server you're on is up to date.
