Photos Needed of Front Wiring Routing - BJ8 Phase 2

A couple of things I need to finish up my wiring routing in the front end area and move on to the next phase:

There's a clip on the top front portion of the front wheel wells and everyone has a picture of the clips with out the body on(makes sense), but my body is on and I need to route the Headlamp harness' through these clamps. I need some good photos so I only have to do this once...the correct way.

The parking and turnsignal lights has a p-clamp that the outboard lights harness attaches to the inboard light. I need to have a photo of that one too.

I have hundreds and hundreds of photos of my car being dismantled but I don't know how I missed these two.

Thanks!

Very opertune timing Patrick, I am in the same boat with my BJ7. The original wiring was shot through and not very well fitted so I would not rely on my photos for the routing.

Only one I could find in the Andersson and Moment page 88

Thanks, always wondered where the hole in the splashguard was for.

I'm still assembling, but I believe on the other side of that wheel wheel extension(splashguard), is used for that weird short twisted bracket to connect the splashguard to the lower grille/surround mounting point for stabilization.

Hi Patrick
not sure if this helps but these are pics of my BN4 during strip down. The two clips (I DSC_0113.jpgDSC_0114.jpg hink) you mean can just be seen on the tops of the inner guards. Sorry I don't have a closer picture. They just slide on and the wires go through them. Hope this helps

I think you are totally right with that. One of the things that is missing on my car.
Forgot I was thinking of buying the aluminium version at www.austinhealeywood.com. some time ago
Looks like he is not selling at this moment. Time to make my own ...

The wires look as though they were "cut" from the harness that goes to the headlight bucket, but they do help. Thanks!
