There are times I miss my Opel GT, but I'm sure that just like my Triumphs, it wouldn't live up to my Miata.
 
Located in Dobson, NC at Shelton Vineyards, Nearly 300 British cars there this year. Next year's show will be April 16-18.
This is a first class event. And this year featured the Sunbeam!

two questions...where was this and why didn't i know about it?

My apologies - I posted these in a few different places,but didn't realize
that I'd left that information off of it.It's the biggest British car show in
this part of the country.
 
That must have been a real fun gathering. Thanks for sharing the photos. I want my '71 Opel GT back! Mine was Aztec Gold with white interior.
My 72 was canary yellow with a black interior. Once, in college, I squeezed five people into it.
 
With 5 people stuffed into your Opel, the ride height was probably just right!
We were bottomed out, I felt every bump in the road.
