That was 4am your time. Maybe your area is less busy in the pre-dawn hours, and thus more "efficient". Maybe ... ?

My area, sure. I don't know where Photo Bucket's server is that I was accessing. I'd think their servers have somewhat consistent traffic throughout the day from global customers.

I have been using Flickr for years for photo sharing and it always seems to work well. I also sometimes use ViewBug, but it is not for sharing albums, but more for photo critiquing by other photographers.
