There's also the front end of an MGB just poking in... As I recall the DeLorean was quite tattty...

I personally think that the Lotus Seven is one of the purest sports cars of all time... With the same basic design still being made today in various forms (from homebuilts to Caterhams)

Anyway... One more for you folks... I did some intentional aging on the photo while keeping the colour, not sure if it works or not, I'd appreciate opinions...

looks 70's ish... kind of has a nice vintage feel /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

Oh yeah... And while you're all at it, what kind of car is that? It's probably not that tough to guess...

my guess is Amphicar /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

James,

Where do you find all of those pretty girls?
You know what they call a pretty girl from Eureka?
- A Tourist!

- Doug

So obviously that car is far too easy to identify, an Amphicar of course...

@Doug

Dunno, I just look around me, some of the museum volunteers dress up in period clothing, so I thought it would be fun to do the ageing edit

And speaking of Eureka, this car might look familiar to you... https://www.flickr.com/photos/sherlock77/523144505/

Yes I do remember these."Eureka" is part of the State of California logo.
Also - the car has the newer,White replacement plates.
The original plates for this car would have been Black/
/with Gold letters,with a capitol E - meaning "Exempt",
as it was a state vehicle.
Also,we're required to cover up the emergency lights
when driving on the street.they are only allowed for
display,parades,etc.
