Vendor reviews are to be made in the Vendor Review Forum. I have moved the review of Phoenix Upholstery to the Vendor Review form and approved it. Vendor review forum is the only forum that is moderated so as to preclude upset customers from making unfair or unfounded accusations (or just generally trashing) a vendor. This post was fine as it just relates the facts of the experience, but it needed to be posted in the Vendor Review forum.
