Perished Rubber/etc on BE rear shock absrober link

The rubber/whatever on the link onnecting the body to the arm on the Armstrong shockabsorber appears to have 'perished'. Near as I can tell, this appears to part of the link. Is there an alternative to replacing the 'link'? Some sort of poly/etc. bushing? Thanks, Doug
