If I was still in Jersey, I'd be there! Lived in Edgewater Park for many years. Left there when I retired because $7,000.00 a year in taxes for a 1/2 acre lot was a little over the top. I think the taxes are over $8,000.00 a year now for the same property. I do miss all the activity around Philly, Lancaster etc, to the Jersey shore. We now pay $1200.00 taxes on a 20 acre horse farm. But I miss my (True) Philly cheese steaks!! These folks out here don't even know what a Jersey diner is, real Italian bread is, or Veal Parmigiana!!! Can you believe it!! I really miss those things.:sorrow: PJ

Well Paul, you could fly-in for the event and take some goodies home :rolleye:

Enjoy the show. Belonged to the host club up to this year; now doing a Nags Head VaCa week starting the 3rd so the show is out. Always a "fun" trip up from Balto in the August heat (not).

Sorry I'll miss you there, but do have a good time in Nags Head.

Take Pictures.

Thanks Walt... got my camera all charged up... now mother nature has to cooperate.

Well, there is the answer to my question, we are heading to DC for a week starting the 3rd. Bummer.
