Pedal Position Adjustment

For the clutch and brakes, there are shims available to move the M/Cs forward a bit:


I suspect there's a limit due to piston travel requirements.

The accelerator mechanism is a Rube Goldberg arrangement of levers and shafts; just getting it in 'standard' configuration is a fiddle. If you lowered the pedal, you'd have to assure you could still get full opening of the throttles. A cable-operated kit might allow more adjustment with full throttle plate travel.
 
Some folks remove the short section of gas pedal immediaely behind the curved foot pedal, that moves the foot pedal away from the foot box.
