I just heard on FOX NEWS that Patrick Swayze has died. I really liked him as an actor. RIP, Patrick!

He will forever be "Dirty Dancing" in my mind!

:iagree:

I thought he was great in "To Wong Foo, thanks for everything, Julie Newmar."

Too bad...he was a great actor.

I remember a few years ago when he had a problem with low cabin pressure in the plane he was flying. Apparently, he became somewhat dizzy and the landing was very rough (he clipped a wing against a pole).

The FAA crash report said that the fact that he smoked three packs of cigarettes a day was a contributing factor.

It's hard to imagine a guy who looked so physically fit but was such a heavy smoker.

Anyway, a great actor and too young to go (a year younger than me).

Although I loved most of his movies, seeing him and Chris Farley do the Chippendales routine on Saturday Night Live had to be one of the funniest skits ever!

RIP Patrick...

First the lake goes dry (where they filmed Dirty Dancing), then he dies. Just, dang. :frown:
