Talking at breakfast, we Just realized the wife and I have lived through 14 past Presidents! Can't wait to see who the next one will be? :unsure:
Next November it'll be 66 years since married in Miami Oklahoma, proves she sure has a lot of will power! :jester:
 
Will power - and a *lot* of patience - lead to long relationships!

48 years, congratulations! No slacker! How many folks can you think of today that can make that statement, or even come close? The newer generation is growing up in a different world and some find it hard to cope. :(

That's great! When I tell people that we'll have 45 years on Memorial Day weekend,
they don't seem to be impressed.Am i wrong to think it isn't something to be proud of?

Slacker V.2.0 here. "Officially" me 'n Horsemits been hitched for 40 at the end of last December, but we add another four together before that.
 
Feeling like the babe in the woods here.....met my wife in March of 92, married in 95 - "only" 31 years together..... :)
