Today is the first time in a month or more I have been able to log into my best web site.
I was going to give up but tonight it let me in.

What is going on or what am i doing wrong?

I keep getting knocked off and have to reset everything and most of the time i can not get it to reset

Sounds like a Browser issue. Try clearing cookies and make sure your browser is not blocking cookies for this site.
