I would appreciate it if anyone could please identify this part. I believe it is from a 1960's Spridget or possibly Triumph. Thank you very much.

It's an old school ('40's/'50's/60's) bolt-on "mushroom" valve cover breather. It would have come with a gasket and two bolts. You can find examples for sale on ebay...some with large asking prices. Moon Eyes, Von Esser, Offenhauser, and others were the vendors back in the day.
