Got my "work assignment" for the September 16th European Car Show here in Central Virginia, "Classics on the James". All 50 Ferraris that are signed up are coming at the same time, parade style, to be parked on the field, at 10:00 AM. I am on the Ferrari parking team. There are 8 seperate classes of Ferraris. Should be quite a sight! Looks like 250 cars total including about 45 Jaguars and the usual flocks of MGs, Triumphs, Bentleys, Rolls Royce, Porsches, BMWs, a couple of old Saabs, etc. I'll try to get a few photos for y'all.

I thought this was going to be about one person getting to sit in and park 50 ferraris /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif

Sorry to disappoint Tullamore....but I will be primarily gesturing and pointing. If one of the Ferrari owners is interested, I might consider letting him drive my MGB if I can drive the Ferrari.

tullamore, its nice to just be around those cars even if your just ushering them around, so your not disappointed ill tell you the "true" ferrari parking story, doctor pulls up in his new testa rosa to two valet attendants at a westchester n.y. golf course tosses his keys to the young kids in monkey suits neither of them have a drivers license both jump in and take it out on to 684 totally destroy the car nearly killing themselves. this is not urban legend i saw the car or what was left of it. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/savewave.gif
