These were in our local parade yesterday:

A REAL TF! Nice!

But where was the parade - behind Wal-Mart? /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/jester.gif

2-1/2 miles of route (I know, we've marched it in past /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif ) and we were at the Judges' reviewing stand... that's a HUGE "shopping plaza" full of independent shops. Herself didn't choose her backgrounds too well.

Yeah...the ALFA's nice, but a Real TF!. Cool!

If we were staying home this weekend, we'd have had ~Our Little Parade Car~ out for a local event.

We were asked my our Daughter's boss, Our Member of Parliament and Leader of the House, if he could ride in our car for the annual Dominion Day (Canada Day) Parade in the small town north of us. The parade was last Saturday and my Wife was the driver.
Not a huge parade but still enjoyable.

There's something ironic about British cars in a July 4th parade. Still, it didn't stop me from driving my Bugeye Sprite in our local parade. It's first public outing, and it got some nice comments.

They asked if I would allow my TR6 to be used in the local homecoming parade. I didn't want her sitting on my gas cap.
Bah, humbug.
