panhard bar for tr4-where to locate & mount

I have a live axle 4A and curious to know if folks would still recommend against adding panhard rods on one these cars. In order to convert the IRS to live axle Triumph mounted the axle on tall aluminium blocks that are then attached to the leaf springs resulting in it sitting high over the springs creating greater lateral movement than in other live axle Triumphs. I am in the late stages of a full body off restoration, and the car will be used for spirited country road driving. Revington TR said they considered designing one for this car but there were not enough of them around to justify it.
