Painting / Body work DVD Recommendations?

Hey guys,

I am looking into doing my own bodywork and painting on my Sprite and was wondering if you guy can recommend any do it yourself dvd series on the market. I was looking at the <span style="font-weight: bold">"Paint U Cation" </span>series that includes bodywork, paint, panel replacement, color sanding, etc.

I figure a little money out now will save me lots in mistakes down the road. I know some educational dvd's are better than others and it would be great to hear from your as to what you recommend.

Thanks,

Liam

Not DVD but a small booklet, about $15 from Auto Body Toolmart, start with this.

Martin "The Key To Metal Bumping" Instructional Book. It's probably originally printed in the 1940s, it explains how to do it all, Less filling, better results.
All you need is a decent set of hammers and dollies. I did a nasty dent in my wheel arch with no fill and it looks perfect. Wish I had it before I started the other parts of the car which all have to be redone.

<span style="text-decoration: underline">Bodywork Restoration Tutorial </span>by David Gardiner It's a bit expensive about $60 with shipping, as I recall, but the best I've seen by far.
Availabl here
