Steve, thanks for your reply. I'm sorry I should of indicate the year in me thread. I have a 60 buyeye and I believe the color list for that year was primrose yellow. I did find a code but it doesn't seem right. It was primrose 3011, it' my understanding there should be letters first. Again thanks for your time.

BMC YL12, the color was also used by MG and Jaguar for a number of years, but matching old colors with new paint formulas can tricky. I have had good luck with a couple orders from autocolorlibrary TCP Global https://www.autocolorlibrary.com/ they have lots of different options for paint type too.
