You can get them at RockAuto. At the menu on the top, go to part number search - you can find it from that pretty easily. $21.79 + shipping.
 
If you are talking about the one for the front timing cover then I got mine from the local NAPA.
 
Yes, that's the number for the timing cover sleeve - a couple of other vendors are available, using that 99174 number should get the correct sleeve.
