42 was the point of Docs joke. The rest of the numbers are standard for local servers.

Yea, I know that now. But I diden't pick out the "42" because it was a series of numbers that meant nothing to me.
I feel like such a non-geek.
Where's my pocket protector?

If you're happy with yours, that's all that matters - & you had fun!

Yea. The biggest thing is there's no Harbor Freights anywhere near here, So I have no idea what they have.
Theres no good source for anything like that, so I decided to make one.
Had I been able to drive to a store and get one for $25 I woulden't have thought twice about it.
The best price I found around here was $80. no way!

I have one of the weird one and they work fantastic on Brass. I'm going to try their media in mine to see if it cleans better than walnut hulls.

I was helping a patron at the library find a SF book he wanted. I felt like an idiot when we offered him a note pad to write the name of the book down and he pulled out a "pad" and wrote on the sceen with the stylist and said no thanks I got one. I'm so behind the times.

heheee... The first "Volatile Memory" device. Etch-A-Scetch came later: To reformat, invert and shake.

Ya, unfortunately I do remember. It was just such a shock to see this guy just whip out the "Note Pad" before we could give him scratch paper. I still write down things on pieces of sheetrock and old 2X4s, etc.
