I have 5k on my rebuilt(not by me) OD.
Unit has worked great since install with quick engagement in and out.Recently the engagement IN is noticeably slower
about 3-5 seconds.I use the clutch and now the shift happens after I engage the clutch rather than during the disengaged time.Disengagement is still almost instant.
Fluid and sump screen are clean and proper level.
I think the adjustment lever and rod may need to be moved a little more past the line up hole(maybe it slipped a little) but was wondering if anything else comes to mind.
Thanks
Tom

Lever / rod adjustment is critical, so get that right before worrying about anything else.

Keep us posted!

Thanks for replies. At this point I probably wont be removing the trans cover until winter.Hopefully that's all it is.
Thanks
Tom
