Get ready for mass flooding I'm heading out there to visit the folks and I just about always bring rain.

Finally got an ok snow fall up here in Santa land. It's funny it snows up here a good chunk of the year and yet with the first snow fall everyone seems to stick their head up a certain orifice and forgets how to drive. Today should be nice though the forcast high is 8f shorts weather.
 
Froze my butt off up in Jacksonville last Mon. and Tue. 32* and SLEET in Fl.!!!! Just like taking a mini-vacation up north! Glad to be back in sunny S. Fl. with 60* nights and 80* days!!! Saw a guy yesterday putting up his lights down in one of the 'hoods wearing jockey shorts, black knee-socks,loafers and nothing else!! :crazyeyes: :laugh:
 
Ooooh we're in the midst of a global warming crisis here in the fingerlakes.... Lake effect snow squalls, and a Canadian clipper system pulling in single digit temps this afternnon. sub-zero wind chills, with 15-30 mph gusts predicted... "Grab the sun tan lotion Edna! we're hittin the beach!"
Of course, it's global warming itsself that seems to be in crisis.
Note: above stated bumper sticker is a half truth.
The theory of Gravity is the scientific explination based on the physical, undeniable law of gravity. the theory of evolution is not based on a law. (I'm not forcing opinion, just pointing out a fact overlooked) :laugh:

Don't bring too much rain. BBQ'd some steak today and am planning to smoke some prime rib next weekend!
 
Unless it's some kind of uniform, anyone wearing white trouserts deserves what they get.... :devilgrin:
 
I've had some concerns about this thread expressed and while I don't think anyone has gone over any lines, I'm locking it to prevent that due to the potential of some of teh topics becoming controversial (e.g., evolution, global warming).
